Heading south

Sorry that I'm writing so late, I could not get wifi. So last night my sister Maddi came! I missed her so much! Us three gals went out for dinner and got different types of food: paella (rice) and croquettes (fried pockets of fish, meat, cheese, etc) Today we woke up at 6am to rent a car, then we drove four hours and stopped in Cordoba for lunch. I tried calamaries, they were ok-ish. Just gross when I remembered what I was eating. Funny story, okay kind of scary:

When we were eating lunch, a couple on a motorbike were driving down the street, do da dee da do. There must have been something slippery on the road because the bike flew out from under them and into the side walk. Then another guy came and, in the same spot, it happened to him too. So the police eventually came. The end.

Anyway, after lunch we drove two hours more to Cadiz. On are way to the hotel there was a big parade because it's 'holy week'. We could not get to our hotel so we went to a cute cafe and got a snack. Our hotel is in the city center and has a terrace and we could see the last float from the parade go into the church.
